Deborah S
Consultancy
Deborah is a qualified social worker with over 10 years’ experience supporting children, families and parents across statutory services, early help and community settings.
Her career spans Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hubs (MASH), early intervention services and the voluntary sector, giving her a strong understanding of safeguarding systems, thresholds and the realities both families and professionals face.
Through Deborah S Consultancy, she supports organisations, schools and parent communities to build confidence and understanding around Early Help, safeguarding and accessing support at the right time.
Her approach is practical, clear and grounded in real experience, with a focus on helping families receive support earlier and reducing the need for crisis intervention.
